Housekeeper
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies as needed
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform other cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Assist with laundry and linen management as required
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest or resident requests professionally
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
