Objetivo del puesto
Brindar apoyo estratégico y operativo al gerente de ventas y al equipo de ventas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, facilitando la organización, seguimiento y análisis de actividades de ventas. Contribuir a la coordinación del equipo, la gestión de clientes y la optimización de procesos, garantizando una comunicación eficiente, información oportuna y un servicio de alta calidad que impulse el crecimiento de la empresa en la región.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Atender llamadas telefónicas, correos y mensajes.
- Elaborar y archivar documentos, contratos cotizaciones y reportes.
- Preparar propuestas comerciales.
- Coordinar actividades con departamentos internos.
- Realizar reportes de Nexus.
- Puente de comunicación con clientes, colegios, escuelas, libreros y distribuidores.
- Concentrar, revisar y registrar información sobre los gastos de cada una de las zonas que conforman la región.
- Elaboración de formatos vacacionales del equipo comercial.
Experiencia, Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Licenciatura trunca o terminada, Carrera Técnica en comercialización o afín.
- experiencia asistiendo a gerencia de ventas.

Organización, gestión del tiempo y multitarea.
Manejo de información con confidencialidad.
Capacidad de priorización y solución de problemas.

Manejo avanzado de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Conocimientos de CRM y sistemas de ventas.
Redacción profesional y manejo de correspondencia.
Coordinación administrativa y control documental.
Nociones de procesos comerciales o ventas.
Deseables/No excluyentes: Ingles, Cursos en gestión administrativa.
