Where you fit:
As the FP&A Manager and Strategic Business Partner for Payments, you will serve as the financial co-pilot to our Payments leadership team. In this role, you will drive financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making across a fast-growing payments organization. You will work closely with Payments leadership to translate business strategy into financial outcomes, provide insight into unit economics, and support scalable growth. This role requires strong financial acumen, deep curiosity about payments economics, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
You will have a front-row seat to the scaling of our fastest growing business unit, with the autonomy to influence the financial trajectory of our global payments strategy.
Preference will be given to those who can work a hybrid schedule, working from the office in American Fork, UT, but consideration will also extend to remote candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Business Partnering: Act as the primary financial advisor to the General Manager, Payments. Provide data-driven recommendations on product, market expansion, and partnership agreements.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6-10+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance, with experience supporting a Payments, Fintech, or high-growth technology business strongly preferred.
