About this role
We are expanding our team and are looking for a creative and hands-on GTM Manager / Growth Marketer to lead our go-to-market efforts in Cyprus and help us scale globally afterwards.

- Plan and execute an offline flyer campaign targeting Cyprus neighborhoods, including planning, locations, success criteria, printing, distribution, etc.
- Run real-world activations, test tactics, iterate quickly, and scale what works
- Set up and own practical field metrics (activation, retention by location, etc.) and establish a feedback loop with the team
- Turn our Cyprus efforts into a repeatable GTM playbook suitable for global scaling, and lead our launches in new markets
- Work as part of the product team, collaborating on positioning, virality mechanics, and owning the marketing side including landing and App Store pages
Requirements
- You have a senior marketing background with proven ability to execute, not only plan
- You have experience launching B2C products, ideally where offline distribution/activation was involved
- You are comfortable running scrappy experiments with tight budgets and iterating fast in ambiguity
- You have strong ownership, running initiatives end-to-end with minimal guidance
- Bonus points for experience with social media, messaging or community-driven products and being fluent with network effects, virality and local density dynamics
