
We’re part of Spotify’s Podcast Mission, focused on giving podcast creators tools to grow their audiences and connect more deeply with listeners. This role sits on a cross-functional team building the systems that power interactive podcast experiences, enabling everything from polls, comments, and Q&A to emerging agent-driven features. As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll shape how creators manage, monetize, and grow their podcasts through a more unified and powerful interface. From developing scalable design systems to crafting seamless user journeys that bridge Spotify for Creators and Megaphone, you’ll work at the heart of the Creator experience at Spotify.
This is a product-oriented role where you’ll partner with product and design to understand roadmaps and weigh the technical trade-offs of implementation strategies. You’ll play a key role in the architectural convergence of our platforms, assessing the engineering effort required to unify distinct codebases, and connecting with web teams across Spotify to ensure a consistent, best-in-class experience for the Podcast mission.
\nThe United States base range for this position is $ 125, 561 - $ 179, 374, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, a monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
