
We are looking for an experienced, strategic leader to join the Monetization Strategy team within the Business Strategy & Insights organization as an Associate Director. This team focuses on shaping Spotify’s global pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy, with a growing emphasis on identifying, incubating, and scaling new subscription and revenue opportunities.
In this role, you will play a key part in defining the future of Spotify’s Premium and emerging monetization businesses. You’ll lead complex strategic analyses, build end-to-end financial business cases for new offerings, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across Content, Product, Finance, Research, and Data. This is a high-impact role with visibility at the executive level and meaningful influence on Spotify’s long-term growth strategy.
\nThe United States base range for this position is $191,274– $273,249, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
