Position: A/P – A/R Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Sport Hyundai is seeking a motivated A/P–A/R Bookkeeper to support our daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process cash/check/credit card deposits daily.
• Maintain and balance the cash box; make timely deposits to the bank.
• Order, distribute, and put away office and dealership supplies.
• Input invoices for accounts payable and assist with payment processing.
• Create and mail out checks for vendor payments.
• Record incoming payments for accounts receivable.
• Provide receptionist lunch coverage on a rotating basis (shared among three team members).
• File and maintain paperwork, including cash, payable, and receivable schedules.
• Send out monthly statements at the beginning of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, A/P–A/R, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with dealership systems is a plus.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
