About this Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative senior engineer to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge generative AI models and intelligent agent systems. This role blends software engineering, data science, and machine learning expertise to create AI solutions that can learn, reason, and act autonomously.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement AI-driven automation tools that streamline operations and workflows across multiple teams.
• Leverage context engineering and prompt engineering to optimize AI performance
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance information retrieval relevance.
• Stay on the leading edge with the latest developments in automation technologies, machine learning, and AI, recommending and integrating advancements into Spokeo’s engineering team and operations.
• Develop and deploy Agentic AI systems.
• Analyze and optimize AI performance; ensure AI systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other software developers on cross-functional teams.

Skills you have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 7+ years of experience programming in Python is required.
• 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering and/or context engineering
• Experience using Tensor Flow to build RAG-based MCP servers is a plus.
• Familiarity with language models, model-tuning, and other natural language processing tools is a plus.
