Spire Murrayfield Hospital is looking for a Medical Records Administrator to join on a bank basis. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Compilation of procedure specific medical records, prepare records for clinics and theatre lists
  • Ensuring records and documentation are supplied when required
  • Assisting with storage, retrieval and collection of medical records
  • Assisting with departmental filing
  • Assisting with patient requests for copies of notes
  • To undertake any relevant training to assist with smooth running of the department
  • To undertake any duty as deemed necessary
