Administrator | Manchester | Private Hospital | Flexible working hours | £12.26 per hour

Spire Orthopaedics Team Centre is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a bank/occasional basis.

State-of-the-art diagnostics and consultations with world-class experts in a private healthcare facility. The OrthTeam Centre specialises in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal problems - from sports injuries to degenerative and arthritic conditions.

Working hours: Varied shifts available between the hours of 7:45 am and 08:00 pm Monday - Saturday

As Administrator, you will be supporting the administration of care to patients across a range of specialties including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, neurology, sport and exercise, medicine and pain management. The centre offers outpatient consultations, diagnostic imaging and injection therapy services.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service and best advice, within a multi-functional department
  • To actively, keep up to date and share appropriately, all aspects of the OTC Consultants practice
  • To work in accordance with and compliance to all relevant, policies, procedures and documented best practice, as set out by the OTC, SMH and Spire Healthcare
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to professional development

Who we are looking for:

  • The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills
  • Previous and relevant experience in a multi-skilled, patient support role
  • Experienced and proficient in the use of PC, to include Microsoft packages
  • Experience of using in-house/administration systems such as SAP
  • Someone who works well as part of a team
