Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify efficiency bottlenecks, quality issues, and safety risks; propose improvement actions.
Lead and implement process optimization projects to increase capacity, reduce costs, and enhance product consistency.
Support daily assembly operations and assist frontline staff in solving technical issues to ensure smooth production.
Collaborate with technical, quality, and engineering teams to facilitate new product introduction (NPI) and related process changes.
Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and relevant technical documentation.
Analyze root causes of production anomalies and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
ssist in the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and production lines to meet process and safety standards.
Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and company policies, and promote continuous improvement in EHS.
Participate in and promote continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma.
Train operators and promote new processes, equipment, and best practices.
Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly roles; experience with assembly of small-to-medium mechanical equipment preferred.
Familiarity with pump structures and assembly processes is a plus.
Proficient in manufacturing processes, common production techniques, and safety standards; strong hands-on skills.
Skilled in CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Basic data analysis capabilities; knowledge of SPC or FMEA is a plus.
Experience with ERP or MES systems is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently across departments.
Proactive, responsible, with a continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
