Education:
•    Nursing degree (essential requirement).
 
Experience:
•    Previous experience as an operating theatre technician, preferably in spinal surgery, will be valued.
•    Knowledge of surgical protocols and instrument handling.
•    English language skills will be valued for interacting with technical documentation and our parent company.
 
Skills:
•    Organisation, attention to detail and autonomy.
•    Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (surgeons, nursing staff, clinical specialists, sales department).
•    Internal and external customer focus.
•    Flexible hours to adapt to the surgical schedule.
•    Interest in continuous learning.
•    Skills in managing training processes and projects (workshops, clinical sessions, course support).
 
Responsibilities:

•    Assistance and technical support in the operating theatre to ensure the correct use of products and systems.
•    Accompanying surgeons and nursing teams during procedures.
•    Preparation, review and control of the necessary instruments and materials.
•    Ensuring product traceability and control.
•    Coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure excellent service.
•    Participating in training programmes, workshops and clinical sessions, both internal and external.
•    Collaborating in the implementation of clinical and support strategies.
•    Identifying the needs of healthcare professionals and opportunities for improvement.
 
Location:
•    Residence in Madrid (essential).
•    Availability to travel within Madrid and occasionally to other regions of Spain.
