YOUR CHALLENGES

Work closely with the sales team and the coordination team to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and meet their consulting service needs.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Respond to client requests by finding the best solution based on our expertise;
  • Handle qualification requests and proposals;
  • Support managers and business development representatives with quotes, proposals, and tenders by promoting collaboration and best practices;
  • Increase the value of existing clients by building loyalty and creating a partnership relationship to grow revenue per client;
  • Identify new sales opportunities;
  • Prepare and rigorously follow up on submitted quotes within prescribed deadlines to optimize conversion rates;
  • Ensure quotes comply with margin expectations guidelines;
  • Enter and track prospects and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce);
  • Organize and hold meetings with clients;
  • Work closely with the external sales team to provide necessary client support;
  • Apply strategies to achieve financial objectives with a proactive, results-oriented approach;
  • Participate in developing the sales and marketing plan to support growth;
  • Ensure the offer is enhanced with the 360 solution.

 

 

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS 

 

  • Sales objectives;
  • Gross margin objectives;
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS);
  • Quote closing rate;
  • Processing time for providing quotes;
  • Use of Salesforce.

 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • University degree or certificate;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite;
  • Experience with a CRM and project management software;
  • Experience in health and safety;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in French and English;
  • High level of rigor;
  • Service-oriented.
