YOUR CHALLENGE

Provide support to the organization at the operational level and regarding data integrity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Perform order entry into the system (CSD, various portals, website and SafeStock) and ensure the follow-up;
  • Execute invoicing for our different services;
  • Update the information in our database daily (creation of products and projects, if applicable);
  • Produce reports according to the needs;
  • Follow up on BOs.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS 

  • Maintain the entry pace according to established standards;
  • Customer satisfaction level.

  • Experience in data entry;
  • Experience in back-office work;
  • Experience in customer service.
