Assignment Description

This assignment supports ongoing development and optimization of multiple international webshops. The role is a temporary replacement for an internal employee and focuses on improving user experience, conversion performance, and digital functionality across several brands and markets.

You will work closely with a Web Owner, external developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, design improvements, and validate changes through structured experimentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize existing webshop features with a strong focus on usability, performance, and conversion.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate new ideas, layouts, and functionality.

  • Contribute UX expertise to digital initiatives and new feature development.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture business needs and translate them into testable solutions.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to align webshop improvements with business objectives.

  • Support continuous enhancement of content structure, navigation, and customer journeys.

Requirements

Must Have

  • BSc or MSc in UX, marketing, digital design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer environments.

  • Strong background in webshop UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably Optimizely with commerce module).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and independently implement improvements.

  • Experience working in international, multi-market digital environments.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Good to Have

  • Experience from subscription-based business models.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing and collaboration with external agencies.

  • Knowledge of Scandinavian languages.

  • Experience working closely with external development partners.
