About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in consultant sourcing and hiring to support recruitment efforts across Europe. This role is central to our delivery capability, with a strong focus on working directly within Ework, Keyman, and regional delivery portals to source, manage, and submit high-quality consultant profiles.
With active tenders underway and anticipated wins, this position requires someone who can operate with urgency, precision, and ownership from day one.
Your Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will:
Work directly on Ework, Keyman, and regional delivery portals, taking incoming job requests, sourcing suitable consultants, and submitting qualified candidates.
Responsible for consultant sourcing and hiring across European markets, including Norway, Sweden, Poland, Panama, and additional regions as required.
Build and maintain strong, ready-to-deploy consultant pipelines aligned with tender and delivery needs.
Actively leverage consultant marketplaces to identify, engage, and secure top consultant talent.
Ensure high availability, focus, and fast turnaround times in a time-critical delivery environment.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on consultant sourcing and hiring.
Proven, hands-on experience working on consultant marketplaces such as Ework, Keyman, or similar platforms.
Experience working in recruiting agencies.
Strong understanding of the European consultant market.
Ability to work independently with a strong delivery and ownership mindset.

Delivery-oriented with excellent prioritization skills.
Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines.
Clear and professional communicator with excellent English communication skills.
