We are hiring a Senior Order Management Specialist for one of our client to join an order and project support team in Västerås. In this role, you will be a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing units, managing the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery and payment follow-up. The role requires strong operational experience in order management, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Act as the central contact point between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing units
Ensure timely order release and compliance with internal standards and policies
Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors
Adapt orders based on customer needs and changes during the process
Work in an international environment with deliveries to factories across Europe
Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely order handling
Handle the full order lifecycle:
Order quoting and registration
Order processing and fulfillment
Delivery follow-up and order completion
Payment follow-up and issue resolution
Experience in order management and business systems
Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce (preferred)
Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
High school diploma
Technical understanding and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Must hold a valid SSG-Entré certificate
Comfortable working in an on-site team environment
