Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,000
Hours:
Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Half Day)

Key Responsibilities
Take charge immediately of procurement for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts
Negotiate hard on contracts, pricing, and lead times to protect margins
Guarantee supply stability by monitoring inventory and setting critical stock levels
Drive production schedules aligned with forecasts and business needs
Ensure zero downtime by coordinating closely with Production & Warehouse teams
Deliver fast, accurate reporting on procurement, inventory, and KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Management, or related field
5+ years’ procurement experience in dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing
Advanced SAP expertise
Strong negotiation, cost management, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Must be Malaysian candidate

- The Senior Executive will oversee procurement for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts while ensuring supply stability and coordinating production schedules. They will also be responsible for delivering accurate reporting on procurement and inventory KPIs.
