
SPERTON is partnering with Adven, a leading Nordic energy company, to support the expansion of its Real Estate Energy Solutions business in Norway. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to play a key role in building and growing Adven’s presence in the Norwegian market.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing Adven’s Real Estate Energy Solutions business in Norway.
You will act as Adven’s commercial front-line in the Norwegian market, owning the full sales cycle — from market development and lead generation to solution development, negotiation, and signing long-term energy service agreements.
This is not transactional sales.
This is infrastructure-level, utility-style solution selling.
This role is initially offered as a 12-month contract, after which it will be reviewed and may become a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Develop and grow new business opportunities within large commercial real estate in Norway
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and asset managers
Create and manage a sales pipeline focused on long-term energy solutions
Lead customer meetings and commercial presentations
Collaborate closely with Adven’s concept and technical teams to develop tailored energy solutions
Negotiate and close long-term energy service agreements
Strengthen Adven’s brand awareness in Norway together with Marketing & Communications
We are looking for a commercial, self-driven business developer with experience selling energy or utility-style solutions to large commercial customers.
Relevant background includes:
Utilities (district heating / cooling)
Energy Service Companies (ESCOs)
Energy infrastructure or solution providers
Commercial-scale heating & cooling / HVAC solution providers
You bring:
Proven experience in new business development and complex B2B sales
Strong understanding of heating and cooling solutions for large commercial properties
Experience with long sales cycles and contract-based solutions
An established network within commercial real estate and/or energy markets in Norway
A proactive, target-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset
Fluent Norwegian and English required
Swedish is an advantage
