Role Definition
The Pharma Product Management manages product portfolios and executes strategic marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and support business growth. The role focuses on product management, content creation, branding, and multi-platform marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
Manage and develop product portfolios aligned with market trends and client requirements.
Conduct ingredient, market, and competitor research to define clear product USPs and positioning.
Prepare product presentations, compendiums, datasheets, and launch support materials.
Participate in new product ideation and concept development.
Maintain and update product documentation and support materials.
Stay updated with global and local nutraceutical trends, ingredients, and formats.
Marketing & Branding
Create marketing content including brochures, emailers, social media creatives, and banners.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
Support company branding initiatives through profiles, catalogues, and presentations.
Coordinate social media content calendars, including copy and posting support.
Assist with website content updates, trade shows, and client presentations.
Monitor campaign outcomes and refine content for better engagement.
Education & Experience
Education: MSc in Nutraceuticals, Food Technology, or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry
