Konsulenten vil støtte sluttbrukere med daglige IT-oppgaver, inkludert oppsett og feilsøking av PC-er og skrivere. Rollen innebærer også håndtering av generell IT-drift og å sikre at brukernes systemer fungerer som de skal.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Støtte sluttbrukere med IT-relaterte spørsmål og problemer.
Sette opp, konfigurere og feilsøke PC-er og tilhørende utstyr.
Installere, vedlikeholde og feilsøke skrivere.
Bistå med generell IT-drift og brukerstøtte.
Krav
Dokumentert erfaring med generell IT-support.
Praktisk erfaring med PC-er og feilsøking av skrivere.
Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk.
Evne til å arbeide selvstendig og strukturert.
CV må leveres på norsk
Tilgjengelig på fulltid og bosatt i nærheten av Karmøy eller Haugesund.
