Exposure to front desk / receptionist duties

HR Administration: Manage daily attendance, assist with HR documentation, and support recruitment/employee records
Office Support: Prepare uniforms, safety shoes, PPE, and manage office stationery & supplies
Receptionist Duties: Answer calls, register visitors, control door access, and prepare meeting/training rooms
General Administration: Assist with monthly/quarterly meetings and other office coordination tasks
Minimum SPM qualification
18 years old and above
Preferably female candidate
Responsible, organised, and good communication skills
