About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control processes on construction sites.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, finishes, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS specific to real estate projects.
Document inspections, test results, and non-conformances, and assist with corrective actions.
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality is maintained throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in quality control or QMS within the real estate or construction industry.
Knowledge of quality control techniques and QMS standards, preferably in construction and real estate.
Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
