Key Responsibilities
• Identify & onboard independent hotels and property partners
• Present business solutions and value propositions
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
• Build long-term relationships with partners
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly & quarterly KPIs
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Hospitality or related field
• 1–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Willing to travel within assigned territory
• Self-driven and target-oriented

What you'll do
- The Business Development Specialist will identify and onboard independent hotels and property partners while presenting business solutions and negotiating contracts. They will also build long-term relationships with partners and work closely with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
