Position Overview:

 

Join the Spectra Gutter Systems team as a Retail Coordinator! You’ll play a critical role in managing order flow, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining compliance across retail partners. This position supports revenue flow and helps protect margins by reducing fines and improving operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities


  •  Manage EDI order flow through retailer portals (e.g., CommerceHub) and resolve order errors.
  •  Maintain accurate inventory levels across all retail systems to enable 100% fulfillment accuracy.
  •  Validate and complete invoices; reconcile ICT transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  •  Contest retailer fines and conduct audits on delivery, ASN accuracy, and in-full metrics.
  •  Ensure scorecard accuracy and challenge discrepancies to improve performance.
  •  Address retailer complaints and support customer service resolution.
  •  Manage open POs and invoicing through ERP/SAP and E21 systems.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, AR, Purchasing) to ensure seamless order flow.


Qualifications


  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  •  2+ years of experience in retail coordination or supply chain.
  •  ERP/SAP experience required; familiarity with EDI systems and E21 strongly preferred.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retailer compliance portals (CommerceHub, SupplierHub, Lowes.com).
  •  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • On-time and error-free order and invoice processing.
  •  Improved compliance and scorecard performance.
