Your role

As a Technology Business Analyst, you play a key role in keeping our technology safe, current, and future‑fit. You will work closely with Technology, Product, and Business teams to translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements that support our strategic and architectural roadmap.

You will be part of the Strategy & Security team, while also supporting Product Teams on a part‑time basis. Acting as the link between technical and business stakeholders, you ensure alignment, quality, and successful delivery in an agile product environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Translating business and technical needs into clear, high‑quality user stories, epics, and requirements
• Collaborating with Product, Project, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and technology roadmaps
• Leading requirements reviews, impact assessments, and solution design discussions
• Identifying and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery
• Providing guidance on development approaches, technology foundations, and non‑functional requirements (e.g. performance, reliability, security
• Ensuring strong communication and alignment across teams, balancing speed with quality and risk.

What are we looking for?

We are preferably looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

• Proven stakeholder management experience in a complex environment
• Strong understanding of agile product development
• Experience delivering design and requirements in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to translate between technical and business perspectives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Scandinavian language is an advantage).

I’d also be nice to that you have the following:

• Experience working within agile practice management
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with business stakeholders on shared deliveries
• Experience working in an iterative, just‑in‑time delivery setup
