You don't need to have previous Optics or experience, but you need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores. You also need to be attentive, reliable, keen to learn and have the customer as the focus point of all you do!

What we’re looking for?   

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include:

  • Confidence with Microsoft Office.

Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, teach contact lens insert and removal.  You will also need to give good clear advice to customers to care for their contact lenses. Not worked with contact lenses before? Don’t worry! We will teach you everything you need to know about contact lenses.
