Pour le compte de notre client, une organisation internationale active dans le domaine de la santé, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) IT Project Coordinator / Junior IT Project Manager – Budget & Data Applications pour renforcer les équipes IT et accompagner le déploiement d’un nouvel outil de prévision budgétaire.
Il s’agit d’une mission longue durée avec un rôle évolutif entre coordination de projet et gestion applicative / product management.
Missions principales
Coordonner les activités d’un projet IT lié à un outil de budget forecast.
Faire le lien entre les équipes IT, projet et métiers finance.
Suivre les tâches IT ouvertes et assurer leur avancement.
Participer aux tests et au lancement de l’application sur le terrain.
Contribuer à la gestion applicative / product management de l’outil.
Travailler de manière hands-on sur les données (Excel, analyses simples).
Être proactif(ve) et force de proposition.
Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants:
Profil IT orienté data, à l’aise avec les outils digitaux.
Première expérience en gestion de projet IT, coordination IT ou business analysis.
Connaissances de base en finance / budget.
Aisance avec Excel et les applications web.
Approche hands-on, proactive et orientée solutions.
Bonnes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
2 à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
Anglais courant obligatoire.

What you'll do
- The Junior IT Project Coordinator will coordinate activities related to an IT project focused on budget forecasting and act as a liaison between IT, project teams, and finance. They will also participate in application testing and contribute to product management.
