The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and we will always endeavour to offer everything they need to help them explore, experiment, and enjoy our brands.<strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Supervisor Overview</strong><br> The Supervisor's main responsibility is to assist the management team to maximise sales and profitability whilst supporting and retaining a high performing team.</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul> <li>Able to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience, demonstrating leadership to coach and motivate their team</li> <li>Able to understand and analyse commercial reports to drive business opportunities</li> <li>Able to identify key performance behaviours and competencies within the team</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong prioritising and organisational skills</li> <li>Values honesty and integrity in working relationships</li> <li>Able to manage change</li> <li>Flexible to meet rapidly changing priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Able to delegate tasks and follow up effectively to ensure completion<br> <br> </li></ul><p><strong>Role Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>Supporting the team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently</li> <li>Exceeding sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge</li> <li>Supporting stock file accuracy – adhering to all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss</li> <li>Ensuring team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on their achievement</li> <li>Communicating clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive business opportunities</li> <li>Actively identifying innovative opportunities to maximise the business</li> <li>Confidently analysing all available business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performance</li> <li>Supporting the store recruitment process, retaining diverse teams that deliver our ‘customer first’ experience</li> <li>Creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable environment for employees to thrive in</li> <li>Confidently delivering feedback and escalating any performance issues to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager</li> <li>Coaching and developing the team to achieve their full potential</li> <li>Ensuring the store is maintained in line with Company policies and procedures</li></ul><p><br><strong><em>Space NK are an equal opportunities employer.
