The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and we will always endeavour to offer everything they need to help them explore, experiment, and enjoy our brands.</p><p><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong><strong>Colour Specialist Overview</strong></p><p>The Colour Specialist’s main responsibility is to drive Colour sales through training and increase team skill levels and selling confidence.</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul> <li>Highly skilled makeup artist</li> <li>Able to evaluate skill level</li> <li>Confident and engaging</li> <li>Strong selling skills</li> <li>Excellent communicator, collaborator, and team player</li> <li>Passionate about make-up and customer service</li> <li>Enthusiastic to share knowledge and to support colleagues</li> <li>Able to identify key performance behaviours and competencies within the team</li> <li>Strong prioritising and organisational skills</li></ul><p><strong>Role Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>Training the team to company standard</li> <li>Ensuring the Colour aspect of the Novice Induction is completed with all new starters</li> <li>Scheduling the Colour training around business needs, logging each training session and attendees</li> <li>Observing and supporting the team on the spot with customers</li> <li>Delivering unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge</li> <li>Exceeding sales targets and delivering LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion</li> <li>Inspiring the team in Colour category and contributing to Space NK becoming a Colour destination</li></ul><p><strong><em>Space NK are an equal opportunities employer.
