Job Summary

Job Summary/Objective:
Manage multiple crews at one or more customer locations. This position is responsible for managing a team of employees, and for the day-to-day operations of a business group to ensure employees are working toward a common goal, remaining productive and avoiding conflict. From time to time, this position may be filled as a Team Lead or Field Services Manager. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Able to perform Overhead and Underground Lineman Craftwork and sub as needed.
•    Lead, train, develop and mentor multiples crews.
•    Manage area projects.
•    Provide positive customer service, resolve issues, address queries timely to mutual satisfaction. 
•    Financial management of projects, billing, expenses to meet budgeted forecast.
•    Transition project management activities from planning to completion phase.
•    Site safety compliance of projects, uphold and communicate Southwire safety standards. 
•    Uphold Southwire Values and Ethics at a professional level. 
•    Manage crews’ completion of annual training and competencies to Support P&C, Training and Safety department’s requirements.
•    Flexibility with working hours (nights/weekends as needed)
