Job Description
• Sets up machine, run machines, light trouble shooting. Perform quality tests and adjusts accordingly
• Reads job order, blueprints, and/or control charts for product and job specifications
• Selects, installs and adjusts specified tooling and sets speeds and feed rates while ensuring quality of product
• Performs routine lubrication and preventative maintenance inspections as required
• Observes all safety rules, advise management / co-workers about potential safety issues
• Assists line to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished cable, scrap, or reusable inventory
• Maintains a neat, safe and well-organized work area
• Quality control, measurement and reporting quality deviations
• Working shift work on either a five or seven day rotation
• Support team members as needed to reinforce culture of teamwork
• Other duties as required to meet business objectives
• May flex to other production lines
