Job Description:
The Executive Communication Consultant develops and delivers strategic communications that strengthen Executive visibility and alignment with Southwest’s Purpose, Vision, and Values. They’ll partner closely with senior Team Members and Executives to create compelling, audience-focused messages and materials that connect business priorities to key audiences across internal, external, and stakeholder channels. The Executive Communications Consultant operates with growing autonomy, providing thoughtful counsel, executional excellence, and collaboration across Teams to ensure consistency and impact in Executive storytelling.

Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $103,750 per year to $115,300 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
