We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Intensivist / Critical Care Physician to join a growing, hospital-based intensive care unit (ICU) in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area. This full-time position is J1 visa waiver eligible and is ideal for international medical graduates (IMGs) seeking a J1 sponsorship or J1 waiver job in Georgia.

Responsibilities
- Full-time Intensivist position at a reputable, high-acuity hospital
- Flexible 7-on/7-off schedule or similar block schedule options
- Inpatient ICU coverage – medical and surgical intensive care
- Collaborative multispecialty team including pulmonologists, hospitalists, and advanced practice providers
- State-of-the-art ICU facilities with modern equipment and EMR

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary & Critical Care, or Internal Medicine/Critical Care
- Eligible for Georgia medical license
