About this role

This position provides support to the HR/Safety teams to compile, analyze, and report workforce data based on identified needs.  Works collaboratively with the HR/Safety teams to develop innovative and effective methods and processes for reporting and trending workforce data. 

 

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree in a business related or equivalent field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience producing and analyzing data is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including Oracle and Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

 

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Compile, analyze, and report on MPC workforce data from the Oracle HCM system or other identified sources.   
  • Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data while identifying and correcting errors and related problems to ensure data integrity. 
  • Serve as the Human Resource liaison to the HR Technology team on system wide data related meetings and teams. 
  • Work collaboratively with local HR team to develop innovative and effective methods and processes for reporting and trending workforce data.
  • Provide other ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
  • Manage and design SharePoint sites for MPC Human Resources.
  • Provide assistance in other HR/Safety functions as needed.
