We are searching for a talented RN for Med/Tele Unit
UP TO $12,000 NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS
Hours: 36hrs
Shift: Evening/Night shift, 7:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA
Atwood 4 is a 47 bed medical telemetry nursing unit. The patient population consists of individuals with multiple medical problems including, but not limited to: sepsis, stroke, seizures, NSTEMI's, heart failure, COPD, atrial fibrillation, and acute/chronic kidney disease. The goal of Atwood 4 is to provide comprehensive and collaborate patient care by skilled health care providers to optimize patient care and quality of life, while striving to deliver excellence in patient satisfaction. - $12,000 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of RN experience
- $10,000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of RN experience
- $7,500 New Hire Sign On with less than 1 year of RN experience
- Rehires termed greater than 1 year are eligible

Responsibilities
Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Three (3) months experience is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

- The Registered Nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services, and participate in patient and family teaching. This role involves providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing practice standards.
