We are searching for a talented Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to work in our Primary Care practice in Fall River, MA.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Operations performs a wide variety of duties in Southcoast Physician Group (SPG) Practices. Provides direct clinical service for an array of general behavioral health conditions in an integrated team-based model of care Clinical service may be pre-scheduled and/or urgent basis and include consultation/assessment, support and linkage to services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to promote positive health outcomes. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and assists in developing behavioral health programming as requested.Qualifications
- A Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Independent licensure as an LICSW or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts required.
- Additional licensure in the state of Rhode Island is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience providing direct clinical behavioral health services.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health issues, treatment modalities, and social determinants of health.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and patient needs.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation requirements.
- Current Massachusetts Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
