Summary
The Payment Solutions Treasury & Tech Sales Manager leads the sale of complex treasury and payment services for the specialized industry group - Payments Technology Banking. The position acts as a lead specialty and technical sales officer for complex treasury and payment offerings for CFS’ high volume payment clients. This position works directly with SSB’s Payment and Technology clients. The individual works with CFS ops and admin to create efficient internal processes to improve the client experience and manage on-going complex implementations and on-boarding for
Payments Technology clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Call with Payments Technology bankers to sell complex payment system and treasury management solutions to drive deposits and fees for clients in Payments Technology group
Manage and guide complex implementations and on-boarding of Payments Technology clients
Collaborate with SSB TM Product teams to coordinate next generation payment needs and develop on-going payments strategy for SSB
Attend client and payment industry conferences to maintain cutting edge knowledge of payment industry developments
Primary point of contact for payments and technology clients on treasury related needs and services
Support division with client metrics, analysis, and project management
Serves as a member on outside payment councils/committees
Lead sales activities of Bin Sponsorship programs
Coordinate Bin Sponsorship implementation activities with Program Management team
Participates in cross functional teams related to process improvement or new payment and treasury products

Qualifications
Education Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business, Economics or other related field
Minimum Experience
Minimum seven (7) years of treasury management and payments experience within banking or payments industry and familiarity calling on middle market and larger corporate clients
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong oral, written and interpersonal relationship management skills
Proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proven track record of working in a cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts to evaluate financial models, client audits and credit / operational risks.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Understanding of Operating and Financial Risk Management
