SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
Functions as the Middle Market Team Leader for a Middle Market banking team in a specified market. As a team leader, guides and motivates Middle Marke Bankers to exceed expectations for market growth and business development. Conducts business development initiatives and contributes to the generation of new business. As a Middle Marke Banker, has responsibility for developing new commercial business through effective consultative sales efforts. Manages a high-level loan and deposit portfolio providing superior client service. Analyzes financial information to evaluate the credit worthiness of loan requests. Together with portfolio managers, compiles loan packages ensuring completeness and accuracy of information provided. Works with Bank’s product teams to cross-sell products and services of the Bank. Assures that all loans follow State and Federal regulations and Bank policies and procedures. Success in the role is defined by team and individual efficacy in calling activity, proposal generation, revenue generation, risk mitigation, and ability to build successful relationships.

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

This position is in a private office.
Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.
