Hours: 35 per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Thursday,  8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday, 8.45am - 4.15pm
Salary / Hourly Rate: £50,622 - £51,370
 

An exciting opportunity has opened up in the Cambuslang and Rutherglen Children’s Services Locality for a Senior Practitioner role. To apply for a Senior Practitioner post you will need to have extensive experience in working with children and families in a statutory setting. You will have knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and guidance together with an ability to assess and manage risk. You must have a Degree in Social Work, Dip SW or other recognised Social Work Qualification. You must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. You must have a minimum of 3-year post-qualifying experience.

This role will offer a route for career progression for Social Workers who want to continue to develop their career without becoming a line manager of other workers.
