Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Shape and lead the Developer Experience (DevEx) function as a first-class internal platform, defining its mission, scope and operating model

• Build a strong, inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices and clear ways of working

• Enable engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably by improving developer workflows, tooling and standards

• Drive adoption and evolution of a unified Design System across engineering and design, ensuring consistency and scalability

• Translate company and engineering strategy into a clear, outcome-driven DevEx roadmap

• Building strong partnerships with Product, Design, Security and other Platform teams to maximize impact across the organization

• You bring strong people leadership experience and enjoy coaching, developing and growing engineers

• You bring a technical background and can confidently set technical direction

• You think in platforms and products, treating developers as your customers

• You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• You’re comfortable leading teams through ambiguity, turning strategy into execution and measurable outcomes

You’re familiar with - or excited to work with - the following areas:

• Modern software engineering ecosystems (backend and/or frontend), e.g. Node.js, React, containerized applications

• Cloud-native architectures and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or similar

• Developer workflows and tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and GitHub-based workflows

• Emerging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, workflow automation, developer agents)
