Warehouse & Store Manager

Join us as our Warehouse & Store Manager and you'll get challenged to lead a diverse team in ensuring our products reach our customers correctly and on time. And the work you do will transform the hearing experience of millions of people and give you meaning. 

More about the role:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate the Stores Team, allocating workload, setting performance expectations, and building staff capabilities in this hands-on role

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering.

  • Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, reduce handling time, and increase on‑time delivery.

  • Ensure SAP processes and inventory controls support accuracy and operational efficiency.

More about you:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or store operations

  • Computer literate, SAP or similar.

  • Experience in leading a team.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 

  • Background within the medical device industry would be beneficial
