We are looking for a Sales Analyst to drive sales growth at our growing company! You will work with field sales teams to identify and track opportunities to increase Phonak's shop share, reduce customer churn, and develop new avenues for sales. Working from our U.S. headquarters in Aurora, Illinois, and reporting to the Manager, Channel Analytics, you will be accountable for several intriguing responsibilities, so your days will be varied. Along with your expertise, you will have a desire to deepen your business acumen, curiosity about how and why everything works, and a strong desire to be accountable for improving processes and results.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators and share insights with Senior Management
Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making
Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support quarterly business reviews
Conduct financial analysis for customer pricing proposals
Track promotions with Sales, Marketing and Product Management
Contribute to sales budget and monthly forecasts
Recommend enhancements to BI tools including SAP BW and Salesforce
More about you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel knowledge
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, accurate, and a proven self-starter
Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $$70K to $85K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
