Location: Hybrid (must reside within assigned region)
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base + 10% bonus

About the Role
The Regional Manager, Hearing Care plays a critical leadership role in supporting and developing our Hearing Care Coordinators (HCCs). You’ll partner closely with clinic and regional leaders to ensure exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and strong regional performance.
This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching, training, compliance, and performance management, while driving engagement, process improvement, and company initiatives. You’ll lead by example, bring energy to the role, and help create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care.
