Compensation (Hourly):
- $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
- Start as an hourly apprentice while gaining hands-on dealership experience. After completing the average 6-month apprenticeship period, you’ll be eligible for a raise and move to a flat-rate pay structure with plenty of room to grow your hours and income.
Job Description
The Apprentice Technician supports the service team by performing minor repairs, routine maintenance, and hands-on learning under the guidance of an assigned Master Technician mentor.
This role is designed to build the foundational skills and experience needed to advance into a flat-rate technician position. OEM training and on-the-job mentorship are provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a Master Technician mentor to learn dealership procedures and technical skills
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as outlined on repair orders
- Assist with vehicle inspections to identify any additional service needs
- Learn to diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs under supervision
- Complete required OEM online training as part of the apprentice curriculum
- Request guidance as needed and maintain an active learning mindset
Qualifications
- Completion of an automotive technology program (e.g., UTI, WyoTech, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work full-time and maintain reliable attendance
- Previous shop or dealership experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and dealership guidelines
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements including background check, MVR, and drug screening.

- Based on experience and skill level
Schedule:
- FULL-TIME
- Monday - Friday
