Solutions Center Lead
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Job type: Full Time
Schedule: 6:00am start time Monday-Friday
Hourly pay: $25.50/hr - $28.50/hr
**Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Build work orders and provide assistance and trainig to other associate to ensure all orders are built in the required timeframe and meet the required quality standards.
- Direct and perform a variety of warehousing duties including cycle counting and discrepancy analysis and resolution.
- Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
- Create and maintain job folders, including pictures, drawings, and instructions for all jobs.
- Analyze and identify root cause of errors and inventory discrepancies.
Minimum work experience requirements:
- Minimum two years working in an environment of operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, and/or electrical assembly.
- Electrical and/or mechanical background.
- Experience cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
- Knowledge of VE's system, processes, and products is preferred.

What you'll do
- The Solutions Center Lead will build work orders, assist and train associates, and ensure orders meet quality standards. They will also perform warehousing duties, monitor equipment maintenance, and analyze errors and discrepancies.
