Buscamos a Recepcionista con experiencia y manejo en PICIS WEB 3.0 que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera.
En esta función tendrás que:

Manejo de personal, entregar directrices, fomentar el trabajo en equipo, escuchar a su equipo.

Relacionamiento y atención de clientes y visitantes en la sede.

Manejo con Proveedores.

Relacionamiento con pares de la compañía.

Entregar informes de estatus del área.

Control de activos y documentación.
Ideal si cuentas con: Profesional/tecnólogo/técnico o estudiante de carreras administrativas. Certificación o manejo avanzado de PICIZ WEB 3.0
Y mucho mejor si destacas por: 1 a 3 años de experiencia en áreas administrativas, atención al cliente/telefonista/recepcionista.
