Buscamos a Gestor de Incidentes y Problemas que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera. 

En esta función tendrás que:
  • Clasificación y priorización de incidentes.
  • Escalamiento de incidentes (funcional y jerárquico) cuando sea necesario.
  •  Análisis de causa raíz (RCA - Root Cause Analysis) utilizando técnicas como los 5 Porqués, Ishikawa, etc. 
  • Comunicación proactiva con los usuarios sobre el estado de sus incidentes.
  • Monitoreo del ciclo de vida del incidente asegurando resolución dentro del SLA (Service Level Agreement) .
     
Ideal si cuentas con: Tecnólogo o Ingeniero en Sistemas o carreras afines, con certificación ITIL.
Y mucho mejor si destacas por: Mínimo un (1) año de experiencia en la gestión de incidentes y problemas en entornos de soporte de TI, preferiblemente bajo marco de trabajo ITIL.
 
  • Horario: 7x24, se agendan turnos rotativos de acuerdo con la malla de turnos estipulada por el proyecto. 
  • Contrato: Indefinido.  
  • Modalidad: Presencial -  Zona Franca Fontibón.
