Buscamos a Gestor de Calidad que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera.
En esta función tendrás que:
- Participar y generar las solicitudes por parte de los usuarios en cuanto a la gestión de nuevas ofertas en el catálogo de servicios TI.
- Articular con el administrador de la herramienta, lo requerido por compensar en cuanto a la gestión de las ofertas del catálogo de servicios de TI en ambiente productivo.
- Participar y generar mejora continua al Proceso de Catálogo de Servicios de TI
Ideal si cuentas con: Tecnólogo y/o estudiante de ingeniería de sistemas/industrial/electrónico y Certificación ITIL(R) Foundations 4 Requerida
Y mucho mejor si destacas por: 1 año de experiencia gestionando servicios de TI.
Horario: L-V 7:30 am a 5:30 pm
Contrato: Indefinido.

What you'll do
- The role involves participating in and generating requests from users regarding the management of new offers in the IT service catalog. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with the tool administrator to manage service offers in a productive environment and to contribute to continuous improvement of the IT service catalog process.
