Buscamos a Agente mesa de ayuda - Bogotá que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera. 

 

En esta función tendrás que:

Recibir los casos de usuarios referentes a requerimientos o incidentes de equipos de cómputo y aplicaciones.
Registrar el caso recibido en la herramienta de gestión.
Brindar remotamente soporte nivel 1 en atención de solicitudes e incidentes desde los diferentes medios de contacto.


Ideal si cuentas con:   Técnico Graduado de Sistemas, Electrónica o afines

Y mucho mejor si destacas por: Experiencia de mínima de UN AÑO en Servicios tecnológicos de carácter no presencial - Remoto (Telefónico, Chat, Web, Correo, entre otros)

 Horario:  7x24

Contrato: Indefinido.  

Modalidad: Presencial
